  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required for all requests.

  • Products showing signs of use, damage by the customer, or alterations may not qualify.


Custom & Made-to-Order Products

  • Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our side.

  • If a sizing issue occurs with a custom order, please contact us — we will review and offer possible solutions.


Exchange Process

  • Exchanges are available for size issues, defects, or incorrect items received.

  • Customers should contact us before returning any product.

  • Once the returned item passes inspection, the replacement product will be processed.


Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

  • Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by SialX.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. Our team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
