Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.
Proof of purchase or order number is required for all requests.
Products showing signs of use, damage by the customer, or alterations may not qualify.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or an error from our side.
If a sizing issue occurs with a custom order, please contact us — we will review and offer possible solutions.
Exchange Process
Exchanges are available for size issues, defects, or incorrect items received.
Customers should contact us before returning any product.
Once the returned item passes inspection, the replacement product will be processed.
Refund Process

Processing time is typically 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the error was caused by SialX.
